- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This location moves pretty fast and his efficient. The only reason they're getting four stars instead of 5 is there's no one answering the phone. If you call the office to ask a question it goes to Columbia and you get voicemail-jail and in this case I literally mean voice jail as in don't expect the call to be returned in any reasonable time to help you. This has nothing to do with this location and is an Institutional problem but they need to fix it.By Donald Rodgers, July 31, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their website is beyond awful, it has no current information of documents that you need. The idiots at the counter will even try to insult you by saying "derrrrr this all on our website derrrrrrrr" while it's not and so many people complain about this. Had to take several trips... First one I needed to pay a tax fee at a different office which of course wasn't stated. Second trip, idiot goes we need banking statements while website states only "Two Proofs of Current SC Address"... You can even press ctrl+f to find a word and type "bank" which comes up with no results.By Dan B, April 12, 2017
