- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The owners Kay and Dave or David are abrasive and disrespectful. While I love the preparers in Toccoa, my husband and I unfortunately had a call forwarded to Seneca. Kay was abrasive and acted offended that we asked the difference in price to file early. Strange thing is they couldn't tell us the price for filing on the early side? They charge extra for filing early. They also blocked our numbers so we couldn't reach our Toccoa office who had our returns and records and social security numbers. They act entitled and could care less about their customers. I do not recommend them. They own many Jackson Hewitts from Seneca to Toccoa. They are not the type that would have your back if you needed them. I'm a retired teacher and plan to get this information out to the teaching community at least.
