- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This town needs help . It is sick . I know ,I have dealt with the building Codes department and the city council. The town is just hobbling along after the glory days of the '50s and it started to die in the early '70s. The mayor , well if ya cant say some thing nice , dont say a thing . At every opportunity the City attempts to charge for any "inspection" or licence they can dream up. The Chief of Police , well I cant say anything good about him or his department . The Police are corrupt in this town. DONT MOVE INTO THE CITY LIMITS OF SENECA ! They stonewalled on murder of Zack Taylor , they have the 'FIX' in on any bids they let , the City Judge is the son of the former Sheriff ( Singleton ) , the past Magistrate was busted for malicious damage to a automobile , the town is run like something outta Dukes of Hazzard..... DO NOT MOVE HERE ! . And NO I'm not a criminal , I'm a businessman in good standing for the past 20 years , I live just OUT side of the Seneca city limits ..
